Automatic Renewal Policy for Honey Bee IPTV

This Automatic Renewal Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions for the automatic renewal of subscription plans for Honey Bee IPTV (“Company” or “Honey Bee IPTV”), an online IPTV provider. By subscribing to any of the Company’s services, you (“Subscriber” or “Client”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Policy.

1. Subscription and Automatic Renewal

By subscribing to any of Honey Bee IPTV’s services, Subscriber agrees to a recurring subscription plan for the selected service for the defined term (“Subscription Term”). The Subscription Term may vary depending on the subscription plan selected by Subscriber.

Upon the expiration of the Subscription Term, unless the Subscriber has opted out of automatic renewal or cancelled their subscription, the Subscription Term will automatically renew for the same period of time (“Renewal Term”).

2. Billing and Payment

Subscribers will be charged automatically for the renewal term unless they cancel the subscription from the client portal. Our client portal is the online platform through which subscribers manage their subscriptions and make changes to their subscription plans.

The automatic renewal will be charged to the credit card or other payment method provided by the subscriber at the time of the original subscription. The company reserves the right to update the billing information with the most recent information provided by the subscriber.

The subscriber will be notified via email at least three (3) days prior to the expiration of the subscription term and the subsequent automatic renewal. The email will include details of the subscription plan and the amount to be automatically charged.

3. Opting Out of Automatic Renewal

Subscribers who wish to opt out of automatic renewal must do so from the client portal at least three (3) days prior to the expiration of the subscription term. Failure to opt out in time will result in the automatic renewal and subsequent charge to the subscriber’s payment method.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by visiting the client portal and selecting the cancellation option. Cancellation must be done at least 3 days prior to the expiration of the subscription term to avoid being charged for the subsequent renewal term.

In the event that a refund is requested, the company reserves the right to review and approve the request based on the terms and conditions outlined in the company’s Refund Policy.

5. Change of Subscription Plan

Subscribers may change their subscription plan at any time through the client portal. The changes will take effect immediately and will not affect the remaining duration of the current subscription term.

6. Termination by Honey Bee IPTV

Honey Bee IPTV reserves the right to terminate a subscriber’s subscription and access to the services at any time in the event of a violation of the company’s Terms of Service or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the company.

7. Changes to the Automatic Renewal Policy

Honey Bee IPTV reserves the right to modify or change this policy at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes made to the policy will become effective upon posting the updated policy on the company’s website.

8. Acceptance of the Automatic Renewal Policy

By subscribing to Honey Bee IPTV’s services, subscriber acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this automatic Renewal Policy.
