Terms of Service for Honey Bee IPTV
Welcome to Honey Bee IPTV. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Honey Bee IPTV service, including all features, functionality and content (the “Service”). Please take the time to read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

2. Subscription and Billing

2.2 Billing Information. When you purchase a subscription, you will be required to provide accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of your billing information. Failure to provide accurate billing information may result in the suspension or termination of your subscription.

4. Copyright and Trademark
4.1 Ownership of Content. All Content and materials included in the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and audio clips, are the property of Honey Bee IPTV or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 License Grant. Honey Bee IPTV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and the Content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, transfer, or create derivative works based on the Service or the Content, in whole or in part.
4.3 Feedback. If you choose to provide us with comments, suggestions, or other feedback regarding the Service (“Feedback”), you hereby assign to Honey Bee IPTV all right, title, and interest in and to such Feedback. 5. Disclaimer of Warranties
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. HONEY BEE IPTV EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
HONEY BEE IPTV MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. HONEY BEE IPTV DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ANY MATERIAL AND/OR DATA DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH MATERIAL AND/OR DATA.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL HONEY BEE IPTV, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF HONEY BEE IPTV HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (A) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (D) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (E) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Honey Bee IPTV and its affiliates, directors, officers, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your use or misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and content, which are not under the control of Honey Bee IPTV. 9. Termination
